Many phytonutrients are powerful antioxidants that can help fight the damage caused to our bodies cells over time that can lead to premature aging and disease, said Stephen Fortmann, M.D., director of the Stanford Prevention Research Center at Stanford University. The fact that Americans are falling short in phytonutrient-rich fruits and vegetables measured in the report is concerning, Fortmann added.

Oct 22, Swine Flu Svine Influensa

We're in the middle of decision making about whether or not to be injected with the swine flu faccine pandermix. I have been reading the latest articles and to be honest I am more negative to being injected. I realise that there is a case to argue that I shouldn't just think of myself and that I might contaminate others if I get the flu...BUT when the ingredients (adjuvants) can bring on autism or Guillan Barre Syndrome in my kids then I'm not having my kids or myself injected.

Reading the articles written over at http://www.theflucase.com has opened my eyes to some of the hidden agendas of some pharmaceutical companies...

So for me it's Double X Multivitamins, Fruit and Vegetable Concentrate, and omega 3. Vitamin D3! and boosting my immune system!

Oct 16, omega 3 market in Norway

I was reading an article over at Nutra Ingredients and amazed at the market potential in Norway for Omega3 products!

Johansen also said that the Norwegian market for omega-3s had exploded over the past three years with 75 per cent of the nations adults spending 800m krones/year on more than 100 types of omega-3 or cod liver oil products.

Then the question is, which products are really the best. I will post more items soon on chosing the purest products with fish oil.
